 1. Are my children allowed at the spa as well? Are any services available to younger ages?
Children are allowed as long as they are at least 12 years old and be able to receive any of our spa services.

2. What methods of payment are accepted?
You will make payment after finishing services. We accept cash, Visa, Master and JCB card.

3. What if I am late for my appointment? What is the cancellation policy?
If you are running late for your appointment, a phone call would be recommended. Late arrivals may be subject to an adjusted appointment duration or given away to a standby client.
A minimum 24 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

4. How early should I be there before my appointment begins?
Arrival 10 minutes prior to your reserved time is requested, allowing ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

5. Do I have to take off all clothes?
No, you are not required to take all clothes off for any services.

6. Am I allowed to bring my own cream/lotion/oils with me?
Yes, if you prefer.

7. What do I do with my jewelry/personal belongings?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, except keeping at the receptionists. Please keep your valuables in your locked locker together with your personal belongings (and keep the key carefully) or bring in the room with you.

8. Should I talk during the massage?
As a courtesy to other guests, please feel free to close your eyes, relax and maintain a quiet environment.
However, be sure to speak up if:
- the room is too hot or too cold
- you experience pain
- other requirements.

9. Am I supposed to tip?
If you were happy with the services, you can always refer family, friends and co-workers to Cat Moc Spa. Our spa staff is dedicated to creating your memorable spa experience. Gratuities for these efforts are greatly appreciated. If there is a tip, please extend at payment and make sure the receptionist notes it in the bill.
