Traditional Thai therapy – 90min

It is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move your body into a series of yoga-like stretches. The oil is not applied.
Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. Thai massage is an energizing method.

Some other primary benefits: increasing blood circulation & flexibility of your muscles, improving breathing & raising energy level, centering the mind and body.

Not applied for people who have problems about spin, bone injury, or varicose vein.
Not applied for persons with serious heart disease, or high blood pressure.
